LODGING
The camp has several different options for spending the night: LODGE, CABINS, CAMP SITES, SHERWOOD FOREST, COVERED WAGONS, and LOWER-LEVEL RUSTIC LOG CABIN. There is wheelchair access to the upper lodge rooms and dining area.
The LODGE has three types of rooms for overnight stay. (CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS OF THE LODGE)
- The NEW Lodge Rooms w/Bathroom, located on the lower east wing, were recently renovated. Bedding and towels are included.
- The Lodge Rooms w/Bathroom are located on the upper east wing. Bedding and towels are included.
- The Lodge Rooms – Regular-- include twin beds only (some are bunk beds). Guests will need to bring their own bedding and towels. Bedding and towels can be included for a fee of $40/weekend.
Please Note: To eliminate fire hazards, use of cooking appliances with exposed heating elements (i.e., Toasters, Cooktops, Ovens, and Grills) is prohibited in all lodge rooms.

These rooms include bunk beds and are heated, but do not include bedding or towels. Double and Queen-size beds are also included in some of the cabins. Please view the Cabin Map for more information.
CAMP SITES Campsites are available for use during the summer camping season (May 15-September 5) when summer youth camps are not operating. Early spring rentals may not have water/sewer available (weather permitting). (CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS OF THE CAMP SITES)
SHERWOOD FOREST
Available for use during the summer camping season (May 15-September 5) on weekends when summer youth camps are not operating, this non-serviced area sleeps 32 people in four tree-house style cabins (four twin bunk beds/cabin). A rustic fire pit with firewood is provided. A water tank provides non-potable water. Renters must provide their own bottled water. There is a cook house in which to prepare your meals. A portable battery pack is provided to charge electronic devices. Propane and a wood stove are provided. Two port-a-potties are located nearby.
COVERED WAGONS
Three covered wagons are available for use during the summer camping season (May 15-September 5) when summer youth camps are not operating. Each one sleeps eight people in twin bunks. One standard electrical outlet is provided outside each wagon.
LOWER-LEVEL RUSTIC LOG CABIN
Located in a beautiful, wooded area, this riverside rustic cabin accommodates groups spending time in nature. This cabin is heated by wood and there is an outdoor fire pit and a nearby port-a-potty. There is no electricity or running water at this location.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Up to 250 meals may be prepared in the kitchen and a maximum capacity of 250 persons can be served in the dining room. Please note: There are 120 chairs in the cafeteria, so your group will need to eat in shifts if the group is larger than 120 people.
There are 20 tables in the dining room and each table seats six people. Table dimensions: 72” L x 36” W x 28” H.
DINING ROOM ONLY
The dining room has a cozy, rustic feel. There is seating for 120 people as well as several child booster seats and two highchairs. Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious outdoor deck with picnic tables that overlooks the river below. There is wheelchair access to the upper lodge rooms, dining area and outdoor deck.
MEALS
Vegetarian meals can be arranged during your group’s stay. For meals to be provided by the camp, your group must have a minimum of 30 adults for five meals.

LOWER LODGE ASSEMBLY
This is a great space for group meetings, worship, and children’s programs. This space includes a stage, podium, music stands, 95 padded chairs, tables (by request), and a sound system (with 4 hand-held wired mics and 2 mic stands), electric piano, upright piano, computer cart, and projector (with HDMI adapter). There is also a fridge available for use. The maximum capacity is 220 people in the lower lodge assembly hall.
PRIMARY BUILDING
This is a great space for group meetings, worship, and children’s programs. This building is heated and has 100 chairs. Space also includes a sound system with 3 wired hand-held mics (with stands), 1 wireless hand-held mic, 3 di boxes, 3 music stands, stage lights, a computer, dual projectors (left and right of stage), an electric piano, and an upright piano. KINDERGARTEN BUILDING
This building is great for small group meetings and children’s programs. This building is not heated. There are 32 folding adult chairs and 70 children’s chairs. (Maximum Capacity 160)
JUNIOR BUILDING
This building is great for small group meetings and children’s programs. This building is not heated. There are 30 adult chairs. (Maximum Capacity 200)
CRADLE ROLL BUILDING
This building is great for small group meetings and children’s programs. This building is not heated. There are 20 adult chairs and 40 children’s chairs. (Maximum Capacity 160)
AUDITORIUM & GYMNASIUM
Large groups can be accommodated in the Auditorium & Gymnasium. This building includes a large stage, sound system with 4 hand-held wireless mics, 4 hand-held wired mics, 2 mic stands, 2 di boxes, 3 music stands and a projector (with HDMI connection). Six hundred folding plastic chairs are available at this location. Basketball and hockey nets are available for use in the gymnasium. (Maximum Capacity 1037)
GYMNASIUM ONLY
Basketball and hockey nets are available for use.
HERITAGE CHURCH
This country church is a favourite for weddings, prayer meetings, Bible study or small groups. It has an antique pump organ.
OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER & FIRE PIT
This area has a fire pit, benches and a stage. This area has a fire pit, benches and a stage. Standard electrical outlets are provided to plug in your sound system. Firewood is available on request. Firewood is available on request.
EDUCATION CENTRE
This brand-new building is located in a beautiful, wooded area and is a great location for weddings, prayer meetings, Bible study, nature enthusiasts, bird watchers, and educational groups. This riverside location has solar electricity and is equipped with an indoor wood stove for heat and cooking. There is also an outdoor fire pit for your enjoyment. For guests' convenience, there is a nearby accessible outhouse.
HUNGRY BEAR (Cook Shack)
Prior to renting the Hungry Bear, your designated cook is required to submit a current Food Safe Certificate and phone number to bookings@foothillscamp.ca 10 days before your event. This person MUST remain in the kitchen at all times while food is being prepared, served and stored.
