In 1910 the 30 members of the Harmattan Seventh-day Adventist congregation built this church which was dedicated in the fall of 1911. Due to members moving out of the area, it was sold in 1938 to the Church of the Nazarene group. Years later it had fallen into disuse, so in 2001 it was purchased back by the Alberta Conference and moved 30 kms to where it sits today at Foothills Camp. It stands as a reminder of the pioneer heritage and provides a worshipful atmosphere for small groups and special events.
